This Privacy Policy explains how Limro Health LLC (“ProteinMD”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use this website and, when available, the ProteinMD mobile and web apps.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address when you join the waitlist; your name, email, organization and message when you contact us.
  • Calculator & meal builder inputs: the website tools run in your browser. Values such as age, weight or foods you add are not sent to our servers. The meal builder may save your current meal in your own browser (local storage) for convenience.
  • Usage data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate region).
  • Cookies: WordPress may set essential cookies (for example for logged-in administrators or comment authors).
  • Payments: when you subscribe, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive your email, subscription status and limited billing information (never your full card number).

How we use information

  • To send product updates and early-access invitations you requested.
  • To respond to your enquiries.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use health information entered into website tools, because it never leaves your device.

Health data in the ProteinMD app

When the app launches, a separate in-app privacy notice will describe how logs, body metrics and clinical-mode data are stored and protected. Clinical features offered through healthcare providers will be built to meet HIPAA requirements, and we will honor applicable rights under GDPR and US state privacy laws.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each message. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@theproteinmd.com.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Pediatric protein information is intended for parents and caregivers.
